Andrew Jackson, after enlisting, trained at Peekskill, Camp Whitman , Camp Upton, Spartanburg, Van Cortland Park, and Camp Merritt. He served with the 15th Regiment in France, taking part in the battles of Champagne, Argonne, Axrthis Range. He stayed at the front until the signing of the Armistice.
